I'm not much of a drinker but I may have to make an exception and try to visit Sugimoto-san at Tokyo Station. Thank you for the introduction to nikkei cuisine.

I don't drink anymore but these cocktails just made me reminisce of how delicious a surprising original concoction can be. Also, Sakura syrup!? That sounds heavenly!!!
